"Brett is an excellent communicator who gave us incredible peace of mind. She was attentive and timely with our senior dog, and her detailed updates after every walk made us feel completely at ease."

A dog person,
through and through.
I grew up on the East Coast and moved to San Francisco ten years ago. I spent a good stretch of that time in the tech world before I burned out — and the thing I always came back to, every single time, was dogs. I've loved them my whole life. I feel more like myself around them than just about anywhere else.
A lot of that is Hop. He's my ride-or-die — a pitbull I met at the shelter who's been by my side from day one. When I first adopted him, he got completely overwhelmed around other dogs; his feelings were just big, and it was hard to watch him struggle. So we put in the work, slowly and patiently, until the world felt manageable to him again. Today he's the model boy. He's the reason I believe, down to my bones, that with patience and the right tools, almost anything is possible.
That's what I bring to your dog. I'll treat them like my own — I'm patient, I communicate constantly, and I genuinely care about getting it right for them. I know handing your dog off to someone new is hard. I don't take that lightly, and I promise they're in good hands.
Walking dogs through this beautiful city is how I get to do two of my favorite things at once: explore San Francisco and spend my days with the creatures I love most. It's part of a bigger reconnection to myself and what actually matters to me — and I'm grateful for it.
When I'm not with the pups, you'll find me at the pottery wheel, baking something, out on a run (currently training for a marathon), or buried in a psychology book or true-crime podcast. But never when I'm with your dog — the earphones stay out, and my attention stays on them.
One dog.
Undivided attention.
Every walk, drop-in, and day is built around your dog's energy, needs, and personality.
What clients say.
"Brett has a rare ability to both train and walk a tricky dog at the same time. She's been wonderful with our anxious, high-energy pup — punctual, communicative, and genuinely skilled."
"When our dog had an allergic reaction during a walk, Brett went far above and beyond — sharing resources, finding solutions in real time, and keeping a running photo album throughout. Truly exceptional."
