Welcome to Hop To It SF. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website (hoptoitsf.com) and your interactions with us. By using our site or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. About us

Hop To It SF provides dog walking, in-home boarding, and house-sitting services in San Francisco. These Terms cover use of our website. The actual care of your dog is governed by a separate Service Agreement that you'll sign before your first booking, which contains the detailed terms for liability, cancellation, payment, and emergency care.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the owner (or authorized caretaker) of any dog you book with us.

3. Inquiries and bookings

Submitting a contact form, message, or booking request does not create a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only after we've met your dog, you've provided current vaccination records, and you've signed our Service Agreement. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

4. Vaccination requirement

We only accept dogs with current vaccinations. Before your dog's first visit, you must provide proof of current vaccinations (Rabies, Bordetella, and DHPP). We may refuse or end service if records aren't provided or are not current.

5. Payment and cancellation

Payment terms, rates, and our cancellation policy are described during booking and in your Service Agreement.

6. Photos and media

We may take photos or videos of your dog during our care and use them on our website and social media to show off our happy clients. If you'd prefer we not share images of your dog, just let us know in writing and we'll honor it.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images, logos, and the "Hop To It SF" name — belongs to us and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hop To It SF and its owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website. Liability relating to the actual care of your dog is addressed in the Service Agreement.

9. Indemnification

You agree to hold Hop To It SF harmless from claims arising out of your dog's behavior (such as bites or property damage caused by your dog) or your breach of these Terms or the Service Agreement, except to the extent caused by our own negligence.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of San Francisco County.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date, and your continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
